PERSONAL DATA BEING PROCESSED
Marc Verburg Communicatiesdesign (MV|CD) can process your personal data, because you make use of the services of MV|CD, and/or because you provide this to MV|CD when you fill in a contact form on the website. MV|CD can process the following personal data:

- Your address details
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your IP address
WHY MV|CD NEEDS MY DATA
MV|CD processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone if you so request, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by email and/or by post) if you are unable to reach us by telephone.
In addition, MV|CD may use your personal data in the context of executing an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.
HOW LONG MV|CD STORES DATA
MV|CD does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. Your data will not be stored for longer than a year if no agreement is reached with you.
SHARE WITH OTHERS

ANALYZING YOUR WEBSITE VISIT

This data is used for analysis of visit and click behavior on the website. MV|CD uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is made anonymous as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
MV|CD uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective the MV|CD Adwords ads are on Google search result pages.

MV|CD has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via MV|CD for other Google services.
SEE, MODIFY, OR DELETE DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to info@marcverburg.nl. MV|CD will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

MV|CD takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. The MV|CD website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
